Getting this error. Situation is - I sent my Q2 update newsletter. All was great. I clicked on "Deliveries" and then "edit e-mail templates" and then the newsletter updated to a draft version, which appears to also have been sent out. now it appears that I can't re-edit, see the content, or send to additional recipients

Thanks for reporting this! The behavior you're describing, where clicking "edit email templates" triggered a draft version to send, definitely sounds like a bug and we'll look into it.

On the additional recipients piece, once a newsletter is published there should be a "Send to Additional Recipients" button in the top right of the newsletter view. That should let you add people from your directory and include them in the delivery stats. Give that a try and let us know if it's not appearing or not working for you!

AI responded with this:

Based on the search results, I found a relevant issue: when you upload a new version of content in Decile Hub, cached versions may still display to logged-in users.

Try this:
- Access the newsletter in an incognito/private browser window to see the latest version
- The LP who responded likely saw the most current version (external users always see the latest), but you may be seeing a cached old version

If the issue persists:
- Reach out to the Decile Hub Support channel in Decile Base to report the newsletter reverting to an old draft
- They can investigate whether this is a caching issue or a version control problem specific to the Newsletter tool

This appears to be a technical issue worth reporting to the support team for investigation.

Hey Mayur,
This should be fixed and you should be able to see the newsletters & send to additional recipients now.Β

thank you! unfortunately I cannot see if it's the correct content in the newsletter. I can't tell if it's sending the right version.

I've got the same problem - same in the incognito mode.Β

Ok, did some digging and I see that you deleted the email template that this newsletter used. When you click "Content" it loads the email template that the newsletter was based off of, but since it is deleted there is nothing to show. I am updating the error message and also adding a guard to prevent deleting templates that are tied to newsletters so that this will be guarded against.

I was able to restore the email template from some audit records. It loads the content now πŸ‘

awesome - thank you Houston! I think the original issue was that I sent a newsletter, a final version I was happy with. Afterwards, I clicked into "content" - which had an old, draft version of the newsletter saved instead of the final - and this draft was unfortunately sent to a few LPs or potential LPs. As I click into it now - it's again the "draft" version of the newsletter that is saved there, rather than final. If it was an error on my part, I totally get it, just wanted to flag in case it's a bug that impacts others. appreciate your help!!
